UPDATE : This stall is currently very occasional only, as we tend to do street distributions in different places around the city, and on varying days from week to week. The best way to get involved is to email us and come along to a meeting.
We are currently running an Anarchist stall, most Saturdays from 1-3pm outside Borders on Buchanan St.
If you are making a special trip, please confirm we will be there by getting in touch.
We have pamphlets, books, magazines and newspapers from every Anarchist group we can get our hands on. Also fliers and stickers for upcoming events. And don’t even get me started on the badges…
Come and see us, pick up this fortnight’s copy of Freedom (we sell freedom for 80p…) and have a natter.
About time that someone managed to get something going in Glasgow, I find it hard to get into the toon on a Saturday with lack of funds (being on benefits eith one child and another due in July)being the main factor . I will try though and if you could e-mail me with more details about Mayday it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx. IN UNITY bongo
At last I have found the Glasgow Anarchists home base. I will try & get to the talk on the 10th of August in Glasgow. A wee matter for discussion: “What do the majority of the Glasgow Anarchists feel about worship of transcendental figures?”
Maybe I’m getting too old but I reckon this particular field of thought is anarchism’s weak spot & don’t the religious nutters know it.
I don’t know about you but hating people for me doesn’t work.

Hope the Saturday stall is still going well. I can’t get to Glasgow at the weekend, which is frustrating because I would have loved to have seen the stall.
